Can you help identify a 20ft. open dinghy ?

A friend is storing a dinghy for someone who no longer answers letters or messages.
I can't identify it. Perhaps built in '70 or '80s ? in GRP.
20 ft. long, narrow, almost canoe-sterned, open, long cockpit, sloop rig. The keel and rudder both wind up on a screw, leaving a flush, round bilge hull . No makers plaque or number on it. It might almost have been designed for handicapped people to sail ? (a wild guess !)
Not a racing class that I know. Any ideas which might point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

20ft Dinghy

Could it be a Tempest? They are about 20ft IIRC. Keel has a bulb on the bottom I think so not quite flush with the hull but definitely had a wind up mechanism. They were an Olympic class in the 80's. Alan Warren won a silver for the UK first time but boat was damaged on way out for second time and they set fire to it on the water after crossing the finish line in last race.
Not exactly a canoe stern though now I think about it.

Any sails? Do they have a logo? Any maker's/ moulder's plate? If mast is alloy, does it have a maker's name & serial no? Any of the above can be used to track the model name.

20ft open dinghy

As you mentioned 'canoe stern dinghy' I did a google and found a set of six photos of a keel plus centreboard boat,that is about 20ft long with a tabernacled mast position ,and the side decks. The photos were taken in the winter and one shows her out of the water. Not clear if she's GRP and possibly has a chine. Looks like a Broads shallow draft jobbie,the stub keel about 2ft draft I'd guess; has a number on its bow like S51. Also has the canoe stern you mentioned. The metal centreboard woul need a tackle to raise/lower too. No rudder shown.
Refurbished it could be a nice little sailboat.
