Can we spend more on the boat?????

Annual review time - so payrise, bonus etc all revealed today.

Anyway - SWMBO and I were thinking about moving, both could do with new cars etc.

SWMBOS carefully thought out response - ???

I'd rather spend an extra 100k on a better boat and get a marine mortgage than move to a better house.

Counts as one of those days when saying I do is the best investment i ever made.

Nearly SWMBO No 2 here has agreed to buying the bigger boat before our own house...

Was not even allowed to put old boat on market till new boat was paid for...

Although not allowed to say I do until we have a house, do you know how much wedding cost!

Will let you know in a year or two..... we did this last year, either move house for a bigger one, holiday home somewhere or a bigger boat, went for the bigger boat and pleased we did so far.
