The plan is to make Weymouth from Gosport for the weekend stopping off at Poole on the way back
The BBC are forecasting 13 knots from the East on Saturday then going 10 knts from the North on Sunday and 12 knots from the West on Monday.

Can this be true, wind up the tail or on the beam for 3 whole days? I don't believe it.

You may need an extra jumper on Sunday but you cant be unlucky all the time /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The BBC doesn't forecast, the met office tries to. I would ignore a BBC forecast, it must be a spoof. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Whats the problem? It happens often enough - and even more often the other way round so that its on the nose all the way.

I reckon sailing is a bit like cycling - around 80% of the time is spent going uphill. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
