Can I just show off a picture of my boat, slowly feeling proud of her.

Decided to do a mammoth antifouling job yesterday:

Loaded car at 2200hrs, went to boat, moved to drying pad 0230, waited until 0400 until she had settled (tried to sleep), up at 0700 and pressure washed the unbelievable amount of growth off and antifouled and then went for a short afternoon sail! (:

I am so pleased to be out of the marina and feel I can start sailing again!!!!

But after all that Easter weekend to France cancelled due to the cold focast, but think this is right with a 3 and 7 yr old on board.

The drying pad is a nice idea-once did the same job against the wall in the inner harbour Rothesay-my drying pad so to speak was a sheet of plywood that sort of floated on the gooey mud!
Do recall being sussed out by a couple of crabs who lived in the harbour wall!

Can you post a picture of your SWMBO as well, just to compare bottoms pls! :D

Suppose I could have done a guess where...but yes St Helier and yes 1975 Conway and SWMBO says no. (:

Interesting to see the small Westerly ports just aft of the main saloon windows. We have them on our Conway too - just over the galley and chart table. I always assumed ours were fitted post production as I have not seen them on other Conways. We have them fwd of the saloon windows too. Cannot see much point in them and the one over the galley is a real danger spot as the round handle/clamp is just at forehead height for me and would not do me too much good if I was thrown into it.
