I think I may have spotted a little flaw - what about ducted fan jet boats does it work with them?

Not to mention jetskis and other jet boats. A flaw not mentioned in the PR, but then that's what the military have "real" bazookas, 20mm cannon and a trigger happy disposition for!! Personally I can't see any objections.
