Can anyone tell me the Injector pump lift for a VP AD31?

AD31 fitted with Bosch pump, and need to check or adjust timing, I have the test kit, but need the info.
I have read the manual, but cannot find the tech info section!

It varies depending on what version of 31 series a,b,d...etc

Turns out the engine is a TAMD31A, pump timing was exactly 1.60mm as per the book.
