You won’t find a surveyor with that knowledge [ there are none that know engines/drives] but instead find an engineer who would give you an honest opinion, paying for an hour or two of their time is a much better bet. Try Scott Doble at 1 Degree West Marine.

Hi, not aware of engine surveyor. But you could try / ask golden arrow at port Solent ?

Thanks, I have been on the phone to Scott. He can do the engine survey in about 3 weeks.
