Can anyone identify this boat???

She's lower in the water than she should be, due to holding water.
I'd been told it's a Norman, but I can't find a matching Norman.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I agree - my parents also had a Buckingham 20 and it looks like a longer version of that
