Help!
I am trying to arrange a weekend in September for the leaders of the sea scout group I help to use my boat (in brightlingsea) and the groups rescue boat and dinghies for a bit ot fun and training. Most will need to camp overnight and we will want to be able to launch the boats and moor my boat somewhere close together so we can enjoy a beer or three in the evening.
Had thought of Marconi Sailing Club but havng spoken to a friend who is a member it appears that they can only have camping on site for a certain number of days a year and thay are used up.
Another thought is Bradwell but no doubt that will cost £££'s
Any suggestions? Ideally I would like to be in the Colne / Blackwater so even if the weather is a bit dodgey I can get Flipper there.
