Camping at Bradwell

I am helping out on a motorsport event based around Bradwell-on-sea at the start of July.
I am thinking of sailing down from the Deben and spending a couple of nights at Bradewll Marina during the event.
Some of my fellow Car Club members want to come and stay with us on the Saturday night.
More bodies that can comfortably sleep on Sirenia.

Do any of the locals know if is is possible to pitch a tent nearby for sleeping accommodation?

The event is the Wickford Auto Club, Essex Charity Stages
This is a multi-venue Stages Rally using farm tracks etc. between Bradwell and Burnham-on-Crouch.

If you ask Bradwell very nicely, they'll let you camp on their grounds... at least they did last year.....

Stage Rallying from Bradwell - 1st July 2007

More info on the Stages Rally.
The event takes place on local farm roads areound the area.
There will be a spectator stage on the old airfield the east side of the power station.

We are running a stage east of Southminster. with 2 runs around Sunday lunchtime.
If a few people want ot join us we could fime car space for them.

Umhhh....

Might consider coming over to Bradwell for that...... would be a fun sail, and then a bit of motor sport thrown in for good measure....
