The calorifier pressure/temperature relief valve in my C-Warm tank has a persistent slight leak, dripping water through the overflow hose into the bilge. I have sourced the part from the Cleghorn-Waring site but would appreciate advice on fitting the replacement.

I had to do this a few years ago, frost damage.
easy to change (subject to access!)empty calorifier of water, and unscrew old fitting - if you can use a spanner/wrench/mole to support the thread/nut coming out of the tank itself.
once you have removed old unit, clean all the relvant joints, wrap PTFE tape around the threaded parts (6 - 8) times around pulling the tape tight, then screw new relief valve on, fit drain pipe etc. and refill

Turn off water at tank and switch off electric pump, if you turn the plastic knob on the PRV this will release the pressure in the calorifier, how much water is left inside is dependant on the position of the PRV on the calorifier, [mine is on the top so no need to drain the calorifier], replacement is straightforward, sealing threads with PTFE tape as suggested.
