Calorifier location - is there a limit?

I bought on a whim a nearly new Ati calorifier. Larger than my ideal size but could not resist a bargain. I had hoped to install in the bilge void but there are too many pipes and cables in the way. The only alternative location is under the saloon berth. However, its 3 meters from the engine (VP TMD22) . Would this create a problem for the circulation of fresh water cooling of the engine? Could the water pump cope with the elongated pipe run? Would I need to use larger diameter hose for engine coolant?
Would be a sham to have to pass this equipment on.

I have two, one in the bilge, about 1.5m away and the other in the saloon about 3m away under a bunk. My engine is the Perkins M90. Tubing is the standard 12.5mm ID flexible food grade stuff sold in chandlers.

No issues with fresh water, hot water circulating to the calorifiers via the engine heat exchanger by convection (or whatever).

Thanks for the replies - that's reassuring. All I have to do now - apart from the plumbing is to find somewhere else to store my tools!

May calorifier is about 2 metres from the engine in a straight line and must be well in excess of 3 metres in terms of hose length. It works fine.
