Not 100%, but looks like Drakes Island in the foreground and Staddon Heights in the background. So, unless the picture is reversed, I would say Barn Pool.

OK, how about the moorings/anchorage just N of the island. Convinced we are looking across at Jennycliffe Bay.

For info on the other pic, the self-loader (was called Tamamina or something like that) has gone now, but the Windsor Castle (smaller one) is still up there.
 
Yes I wanted to say the pic was Windsor Castle, would have been subtle if only I had got the right place /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
