Calling Marine Surveyors

I am currently enroled on the new Diploma in Marine Surveying at the National Sea Training Centre, with the aim of becoming a self employed surveyor. Would anyone be interested in becoming my "mentor", so that I could contact you occassionally to discuss issues related to my new career? I know I'm asking a lot but if you don't ask.....
