it's about time we organised another party...

chatted with BarryH who was trying to get his boat moored there, we've been banned from wareham, thrown out of poole, and i'll never be allowed into oxford again... the only one i didn't attend was the mercury do, 'cos i'm not posh enough.

anyone want to take the lead on this?

Found a few pubs in Chichester, but no decent beer as yet! In a bit of a predicament at the moment. The caravan is in wareham, but with no space for the boat. I've got space in Chichester for the boat but not for the caravan. The boats on the farm on chocks but the trailer is somewhere between surrey and north wales. And some bugger has broken the crane that I use. Answers on a post card on how to lift a 1.5 ton boat onto a trailer with a block and takle lots of rope and nothing to hang it off!
I'm sure it'll all come together within the next week........I hope!

Why not Emsworth? It's in Chichester harbour and prob bags of room this time of year. Only a short walk from many good pubs and restaurants (unlike Chi). Might be tempted along as guide! Also plenty of accomodation if any land based visitors.

There's a sill but plenty of water 3 hours either side of high and if the big Traders can get in and out, so could most on here.

this suggestion follows a conversation with a guy who who is mooring down that way, seemed like a god central location to me.. but i was wondering how many of you were there.

i'm easy (apparently!) but i don't know much about chi as i've only been down there when ToMo (remember him?) was fettling his boat, and to meet nothernwave (and his rabbit) but i'm up for it if we can get someone on the ground to put the pieces together.
