I have driven past this Indian a hundred times but never eaten there, the name put SWMBO off. It's on the Fareham Road about a mile out of town just past the Bingo Hall. Just a short taxi ride from the Ferry taxi rank.
I realise now what we have been missing, its a gem of a place. Comfortable, well decorated, very friendly staff and busy.
For about £16 they do a full Indian Buffet, the food was good quality and freshly cooked with a wide choice. Popadums are served while you order drinks and Nans are cooked to order. Fresh fruit salad or ice cream for desert
I went last Friday night and it was fairly full, I'm not suprised. I cannot recomend this place highly enough, there are loads of other Indians in Gosport, I have tried most of them and always been dissapointed, we will be going there again.
