None and we’re now in Barbate. So much bird poo on the pontoon we had to get the hose out and scrub it.
There are still some scorch marks on one of the pontoons where one of my more motley crews set it on fire with a bbq.

The walk into town is a fair one but points of interest include:

The huge rows of anchors that are use on the tunny nets in season.
The fisherman's Chapel in amongst the long rows of their lay apart stores.
A couple of the local fishermen's bars where you need to get a group of three or four of the old boys together to muster ten fingers.
If you can find him, the taxi driver El Cid to take you back to the boat.
Any of the cranky restaurants on the prom near the lighthouse that do the most delicious.....but pricey...red meat bit of the tuna.

Enjoy!

And especially tomorrow's memory.

Expensive ?!!!

We were just down in that part of the world 10 days ago. I was astounded to find that in the fish market at Jerez the most beautiful red tuna steak was €14/kg. In Paris, the same fish would be nearly three times that price. Restaurant prices also a pleasant surprise too.
