What new cables do l need to do this swap? I have a radar, AIS and log/depth/wind from 2015, all Raymarine through a seatalk backbone.

Any Raymarine guys out there?

Probably get away with just a seatalk 1 to stng converter, plus a short stng cable If there is not one with the axiom.

Raymarine SeaTalk1 to SeaTalk NG Converter Kit

That will do the log/depth/wind. Radar & AIS depends a lot on the existing setup.

If any of your existing stuff uses NMEA0183, you will need a converter, and the Raymarine converter won't do it, as that is only one way for VHF sets.

You can use a Raymarine iTC-5 transducer converter for the log / depth / wind etc. Assuming the radar is on SeatalkHS with the E90w you can just use a Raynet converter cable. The AIS is likely an AIS250 through NMEA0183? If so you would need a converter such as an Actisense NGW-1-ISO-STNG. You can otherwise swap out the AIS250 for a later AIS350 which supports SeatalkNG.
