Hi everyone. good to be here!

Ive a 20ft cabin cruiser, centre cockpit 4 berth norman.

Ive been scatching my head over how to install a small folding table in the cabin!!

The table will double up as a bridge between the two front berths, making a double bed type thing when needed, but Im not certain on how the table can be fastened to the bit just under the front windows, as there doesnt seem to be anything there to anchor it to!!

The table wont always be 'up' of course so the method to fasten it will need to be quick and simple, (as there will be a woman on board!)! Ouch!

I know lots of cabins have a similar table setup, but for the life of me I havent figured it out yet!!

Any tips/plans or links to pics really appreciated!

Cheers all..!!

hi

yeah I did that and looked at the pics too, some show tables but NOT how they are fitted. No-one posted any useful reply either...So I thought id ask a wider audience seeing as a boat is a boat!!

Surely someone must know or have one themselves? :)

Cheers!!

I'm looking for somthing similar, thought about having a bracket attachded to the side with a clip on the table, which has removable legs, when when needed it can be uncliped, legs removed and rested on the brackets attached to the seats.

Cheers

Thats not a bad idea...... I found a small ironing board, must have been made for midgets... but the leg mechanism seemed perfect for the table...folds and locks! But even a leg on a hinge and length of twine/chain to stop it opening too far could do eh??

But how to attach it?????????????
