Varnish is Epifanes Gloss. To achieve the final satin finish I rubbed down with 400, 500, 800, 1000, 2000 then 3M fine surface cutting compound. The underside of the boards are coated in epoxy resin.
I'm pretty pleased with the result even if I say so myself. There are a couple of mistakes but then it's hand made, not CNC cut.
The old flooring (Robbins 18mm teak/holly veneered ply) is in Shamrock Quay Marina if anyone wants it.
