With a variety of C map nt and c map max ( c cards ( orange ones for the Max) I purchased, a c map card reader / C map usb multimedia reader.....

It came with only a cd with only the delete program and no PC planner or drivers,

BUT...

Drivers.com has the drivers that run the orange usb c map multimedia card reader.

I found C map unhelpful when I contacted them, in that they could have provided the driver but didn't.

I've always found them helpful.

Since buying my CMap C-card reader, which came with drivers and PCPlanner, I've changed my computer twice and got the updated program and drivers (for Vista) with no problem.

I did register the first PC-Planner program on their site and have had no problem in downloading the latest updates and getting the unlock codes.

Same here. I have just downloaded the files from the C-Map.IT website.
