If memory serves me right, C-Flex is a boatbuilding sistem where "planks" made of rods of fiberglass disposed side to side and held together with some kind of stittching are placed on a temporary male mould and then laminated over.The end result is very strong if somewhat heavy.
don't know anything at all about it but it sounds good. surely if it was very good all boats would be built that way unless it was a proto type / race accross the atlantic boat with cost irrelivant?
