Posted on my club forum, with no answers so far. No photo.

"Can anyone help identify this boat. It is approx 9' 7" two seater with a plaque stating 'MERLIN - Merlin Reinforced Plastics Ltd' and it came with a 1963 Johnson 18hp outboard. It has a plane-ing hull of fibreglass over wood. Any info or ideas would be gratefully recieved."

<font color=blue>Can't really place that one Brendan, sounds like one of those that came and went in the 60s. Make two or three boats and disappear. I think I know what the Merlin looked like but would like to see a photo of it too.

According to Companies House database a company of that name was finally wound up 17 June 1989
