Just done a week in BVIs
Great mooring system throughout....Buoys free in daytime. Pay for overnight, fixed price regardless of size 25 dollars, even cats. Anchor free.
So simple, why cant we do it. Buoys are differently marked, some day use only.
But their airport immigration methods are chaotic!

Scotland and Ireland are pretty good with visitor's moorings. Many of them free. Scillies charge in season. S England doesn't have the space, and is so over-populated as to not need yotties - unless they pay, pay, pay.

Try picking up a mooring at Frenchman's Quay in Sopers Hole in a 60+ footer without an engine.
