Has anyone any experience that they are happy to share with BoatQuays as a company and more specifically with Mariah as a manufacturer.?

Probably smaller as we still like the idea of towing. The 19 with the 4.3 engine looks quite sprightly and gives a good range, /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

or maybe I'll stretch to the 21 although that's getting a tad heavy on the towbar! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hi,

We ran a 21 foot Mariah for 3/4 years at the end of the 90s and it was a terrific boat for its size, beautifully put together and utterly reliable. She was quite quick and behaved well for a small boat with a 21 degree deadrise (if I remember right) in solent chop. I think the firm has been taken over and have no experience of the newer ones.

all the best,

Matt

Looking at some of the US forums when Mariah were taken over in 2001 there were some build issues. Later models seem to be getting better reviews. I will go and have a look with my super critical eyes in place.
