Hi!

I'm interested in buying a rib boat with motor and trailer and I`ve been seeing some over the last months.
I have seen one and I'm highly interested in buying it.
However, I don`t have any experience with boats. I`ve read some articles about buying used boats but still, I would like to make sure that I will do a good deal.
Do you see anything that I should worry about?

RIB net may be a better place to ask but,
With RIBS, you need to check to see if the chambers / baffles are holding air ok. What is the story re the engine and any service history?
From you pics, the RIB looks like it could do with some TLC (not uncommon) and evidence of the towing eyelet being re fibre glassed back in.
Dont forget to check the overall condition of the trailer while your at it, Boats and outboards will give you an idea re price.
RIB's are lots of fun, if you havent already get yourself on a level 2 power boat course.
Best of luck
