Hello everyone, I’ve been considering buying a yacht in Italy but before actually making the decision, I still wanna ask you if we should buy an imported yacht? Is it worth it?

A little more specificity on the make , modal , and price range +/- £50:K each way would help respondents formulate a reasoned response.
Its my understanding for personal use in the U.K. from the EU you will have VAT to pay on top of the price paid in IT .
So - if so finding a Italian vat free boat might be a good starting point as it should be 22 % ish lower in the local market you are peering into .
