Has anyone had any dealings with Butlertechnic who sell Eber heaters, I ask as I'm in the market to update my existing one. I did speak with them yesterday and they were very helpful, any comments will be read with interest.

I am currently fitting a Mikuni MY30 to my 3/4 tonner.

I didn't buy the heater or initial ducting kit from ButlerTechnic but have, as the installation progresses, found myself buying ducting insulation, alternative duct joints, fuel pipe connectors and so on from them. Whether by phone or email they have answered questions very quickly and openly, they seem to have lots of stock and the bits arrive very quickly.......I would have no concerns dealing with them.

Only the once, bought the through-hull exhaust fitting from them a few weeks ago. Fast, efficient and I couldn't find it any cheaper elsewhere.
That's my only experience of them though.

I recently bought a Webasto ST 2000 from them. Good value, quick and helpful.

The kit delivered was a non-marine version with the marine bits added by them. When I found the through hull was missing they posted it the same day.

I have had excellent service from them, did not buy the heater but many parts including ducting and adapters. Malcolm in the parts department is very helpful
