If you count Plymouth as being South Coast (and you can't get much further south) there are two flag makers in the city, Alpha Flags and Atlas Flags, who might be able to help.

Many of the more educated raggies have them. Though alot think it's a mobo flag only. But thats only cos we got off our arse years ago and just got on with it. It's a forum flag. Nothing to do with MBY. It's ours. There 100's out there, all around the country and in the Med.
