I plan to replace my bulkhead mounted Nasa echo sounder with a basic fishfinder. I want to put it in the same place and not on a stand mount. There is not a great deal of room between the outside GRP and internal ply face so depth of the unit is limited. Don't want to do more cutting than I have to.
I'm sure many have already done this, what unit did you use?
