After running for about 3 hour engine died sounding like it had ran out of fuel. But there was loads of fuel in the tank.
engine would restart and run for a few minutes but only in a very low rev even though the throttle was full on.
On about the tenth time of asking the rev’s pick up and the engine ran fine.
since then I’ve ran the engine for a couple of hours in Neutral and when throttling up runs fine but when I pull the throttle back to neutral position it sounds like it’s going to stall. But doesn’t and slightly picks up to where it should be.
any help would be much Appreciated.

That my first thought I will take it apart tomorrow and have a look what type of filter it’s be it looks like there’s a few different types.

On many Bukh's there is also wee servicable filter inside of the cover of the fuel lift pump on the crankcase which gets ignored. It comprises a small plastic basket which is easily cleaned.

Certainly sounds like fuel starvation
