Bukh 2nd hand spares

I need an injector for my Bukh DV20. Anybody know of a source of 2nd hand spares?

If they are the same as a DV10LSME, I have one. I am breaking my old DV10 for spares. Bukh UK will tell you if they are the same. Send me a PM if you want details.

Can't you get the old one reconditioned by your local diesel place(automotive NOT marine) - Lucas or Bosch have places all over the country - look in your local yellow pages. In Ipswich it is DIESCO.

Many thanks for the reply. The DV10 has the same injector as the DV20, which is the old Bosch 'screw in' type, but the DV10LSME is the horizontal version of the engine and I believe it has a different injector fitted.

I have been through the reconditioning route, but one of my set appears to be BER.

You are right that the DV10LSME is the other way up, it has a vertical crankshaft and a saildrive. Whether the injector is the same or different from the standard DV10 and DV20, I don't know.

If you (or anyone else) wants any bit but is not sure of suitability, I will send them out. You can always send them back.
