Reminds me of when he ( TCM ) finally got fed-up of my non-boat-buying activities and sent Junior TCMs on a RIB across to the boat Mrs Learner and I were on. They brought with them a solitary fender as a gift. The message was cryptic ... " Here E , a present from us towards building your own boat" ... I still have the fender.

I nearly secured another fender in MC this year but the tight-fisted Super Yacht concerned had punctured it.

Is it really possible to replicate the TCM model ?? Bit like the new Riva Aquaramas; cute but much too comfortable to be the Real Thing ... ( Loads of smilies )

Is a crappy little thing which has just dug up Dear Hearts seedbed so if it is to die - I could skin it as its stripey and would probably do for a part of the TCM kitbuild
