Build quality Sessa

I would welcome any feedback on the build quality of a Sessa. I really like those boats and am looking at a new C35. Are there any current or past Sessa owners here on the forum, or does anyone have experience with a Sessa? I'd like to know more about the construction and build quality, as well as general liability.
From what I could see so far they seem to be very solid (hull construction, cleats etc.) and definitely on par with the British builders (if not slightly better), but I can be wrong. Any input much appreciated.

Not an owner but know one who has an Islamadora. Damned fine boats and pretty solid. Nice lookers too.

Not a bad boat.
No better or worse than many other British and European (run of the mill) builders.

Like many boaty things. If you like it more than an equivalent from one of the other main stream brands then why not!
Here in the UK the brand is not quite as well known as the various British brands or the likes of Jeanneau and Beneteau, but that will only have a very marginal effect on ease of resale (not enough to let it bother you).

Thank you. We intend to move her to the Med after a season or two, so I'm not too worried about resale. More curious to hear about how solid (or not) they are. To me they seemed to be very well build: deck was not flexing, hull doesn't flex when you push against it, woodwork appears to be put very well together with screws actually going into something,....When looking at some other brands, the first impression was good, but when you start looking into bilges, behind cabinets (or even looking at a new boat in build) you see they cut corners there where you normally don't look (unless you're a maniac like myself and look at new boats whilst crawling on your knees).
I've also spoken to two surveyors in the meantime. Both said that they haven't seen any Sessa's with stress cracks, whereas most comparable other brands tend to suffer from that after a while. I know it depends on usage etc, but still it's an important aspect of build quality I think.
They look nice too but that's very personal.

I owned a 36 ft Sessa fitted with twin Volvo Outdrives for 2 years and it was faultless - good solid boat and well supported by Bates Wharf.
