Well as a Broom Owner (well almost, actually looking after Dad's boat), I was well impressed on Saturday. I wish we had a yard like this on the Thames.

Ocean Froggie (broom 38) was hit by a willow tree and was transported back to Brooms for the repairs.

1. Their quote was competitive and done within a few days of the accident.
2. They cleaned the boat throughly after its road journey, and even put it back in the water to soften the crud and then pressure washed the hull.
3. It's now nice and dry in a huge shed, thus looked after and cared for.
4. They have VERY carefully inspected the boat for damage and reported on the condition of the boat and made various recomendations.

We met Andrew Stone on Saturday and it was clear he knew his stuff.

We were so impressed with them that we have now instructed them to do a whole pile of other work and bring Ocean Frogie up to as new spec..

Don't let anyone tell you Broom work out of old wooden sheds and are still in the 1900's.

Well equiped, room for loads of boats, professional, clean (very clean) and with the proper ladder steps to get onto a 40ft, even for Mum who has had replacement knees.

For the first time in 10 years boating I felt like I was the customer......

Congratulations Brooms.... Certainly not part of the usual service we get on the Thames and hear about on this forum.

Having previously owned a Broom, bought used from them, I thoroughly agree with you. They really looked after me as well although I have to say I thought the factory looked a bit cottage industry cute - not exactly a production line process but obviously a motivated workforce
If only they made boats more suitable for the Med, I'd still have one

Glad to here good reports on ther maintainence side Andrew Stone is very helpful.
Pity the sales team are not so hot at the moment re my Crown. Takes ages to get a reponse via email and they have not kept me informed re the progress of the sale to date, or the ongoing condition of the boat in their hands.
