About 1-1.5gph, that's for 4 to 5 knots, it doubles if you add just a couple of knots though so need to watch those throttles.

Mighty fine boats, at that speed I assume you are going to river based, Thames?

We used to own one and four knots is around tickover so not using a lot at that speed. As already mentioned fuel consumption increases as the throttles are pushed forward but at displacement speeds not something to worry about unduly. Get to higher speeds (i.e. above hull speed) and consumption increases exponentially and will be about 1 nautical mile to the gallon at higher cruise speeds.
