Having purchased a length of replacement windscreen rubber seal and raising a cocern about an aspect of the cost. A complaint was raised, which was accepted quickly and addressed promptly. A company I'd have no hesitation in recommending and using again myself.

I tried to register on their website last year without success then emailed three times and got no response so gave up.

placed an order four weeks ago for parts that they said were stock items, nothing turned up no dispatched emails so tried phoning, but they are to busy to speak, please email instead , nope ignore them as well, and now refunded money without even saying why, use sea bridge instead but better it was only that he didn’t have the part I wanted, but managed to find it on eBay uncanny enough for thirty pounds cheaper. But wouldnt bother with them

On their website they do a teak deck kit for the whole of the S37 platform area. I asked if they would supply just two step parts ….. No reply!
I asked Nick Seabridge of Seabridge Marine and he responded immediately and an order was placed….same supplier.
