Bristol harbour festival

Hi guys was just wondering if any one could point me in
the right direction so i could apply for a space at bristol harbour festival 2011.

You'll have a pretty slim chance, I think. On the advice of someone at the festival last year, I applied on the first day that the list opened (3 Jan, I think). I haven't heard a peep since. (And yes I did check that they have my application.)

On the other hand, now that they've canned the fireworks I'm not really all that interested anyway.

If you have been before you get offered a place the following year.

These previous attendees will be advised in the next few weeks and asked if they wish to attend this year.

You get about 2 weeks from that point to confirm your attendance.

Then they will look at the "Wait list" (I think that's what they call it). i.e. New applicants

They go through the wait list in order of application, once they know how many places are available.

You wont hear anything or find out if you have a place until sometime in June.

Having said that if you apply for the wait list now, through previous experience I would think you will still get in.

Its the late applications that don't get in.

I am looking forward to the best festival of the year, by far.

We won't be going, fireworks were the best bit.
