The harbour fest was as good as usual, bands are a bit rubbish but met some great people. Can't blame those that didn't come , the weather forecast was pretty bad but it all turned out ok. You guys that were thinking of coming ..... it may be worth calling the dockmaster to get an invite next year.

Just a note, its the harbour master rather than the dock master you need to contact.
The dock master is the guy in charge of the lock, the harbour master's office will sort you out.
We to had a good time! Got soaked on Saturday watching the fire works /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

They will then send you the invite long before the festival and it really is worth going. £40ish (4 days) but you get a great spot to see fireworks/entertainment & passes to the mariners bar which is raised overlooking the main stage (no waiting to get a pint)

Was great fun, had a great view of the fireworks. Managed to drink way too much vodka, and subsequently probably forgot many deep and meaningful discussions with total strangers .

Will definitly be there next year all being well.

Nice to see so many people there.
