For those who haven't seen the Local Notice to Mariners 29/09 there are extensive restrictions to passage through the Entrance, Cumberland Basin and Junction Lock areas from today until 29th April.
Nearly all the PM tides are closed to navigation, and half the AM tides are either closed or restricted.

When Restrictions apply you must make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance.
(All those poor canal boats backed up at Glos and Bristol - first because of the bridge works on the Sharpness canal, then due to a shortage of pilots for the Severn, and now City Docks entrance /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif )
