I saw a write up on a 'speedfriend' extending winch handle in the latest ST. Yesterday 13.51 I ordered one by email, paying by internet banking (different branch of same bank), I received a confirmation of despatch email at 15.39 and at 08.05 this morning the postman arrived with it having altered his route to catch me before I left for work.
Three different businesses, all working together (for once) to produce the sort of service my grandfather talked about.

Big problems it seems, e-mail messages not transmitting nor PM's.

Phew!!. Seems Tiscali are having problems with a backlog of messages some not sent, but some sent and copy not attached to senders mailbox as confirmation. Due to be resolved soon they say.

As to why PM from my my PC not shown, that's another issue to be investigated now.
