Just heard a rumour that Bridgmarsh Marina is for sale at 2.5 million.

I don't expect so for one minute, I would guess they will be using it to pay off the bank loan!
Which is a hint as to how you go about buying the place. Write a plausible business case, and go and see the bank manager.

Never been in there looked at it many times on the way past, dont really think its suitable for our 2mtrs also seems a tad exposed.

Maybe its an ONO deal what do you think we could rustle up? or perhaps Brandy hole would be a better buy, not much water but a very nice bar /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
