Quite a nice little place but it's some years since we last went there. We first went there in 2004, complete with immigration bureaucracy. The 'bosman' was very helpful in making us comfortable and contacting the military before we proceeded east through the firing ranges.

It's been comprehensively redeveloped since. No longer tying up against tractor tyres on a quayside, but two [two!] new basins for yachts, and a totally revamped quayside up to the old town [Rugenwald].

It was fairly salubrious when were there in 2009 and not bad in 2004 before the town was developed. This is us just below the bridge and a view from the tower. All courtesy of the EU of course.
