The Bridge deck on my Sigma 33 is not the original piece of plastic, but a suitably cut bit of wood, roughly 4 feet by 2 feet by 1 inch. I need to replace this pro tem item of flotsam with a proper bridge deck, as the current piece has basically had it. I'm fairly sure I can borrow another bridge deck for template purposes, but who would be able to make the mould from the template and produce a proper bridge deck like its supposed to have?

Any suggestions?

If you are not confident enough to DIY then a local freelance GRP boatbuilder should be able to help. There must be loads in the Gosport area just waiting to hear from you. Wait for recommendations to come in on this thread.

Thanks for all your replies. I'm not confident enough to start mucking about with GRP on this scale so I'll probably have a talk with Gordon Wallace. Besides I might not be the only one who needs the Bridge Deck replacing, so sharing this info with the Class Association will hopefully help other owners.
