brass propeller

hi i have a brand new propeller which was given to me when i came across a lister engine for sale which also had been stored since new.
however it does not fit my prop shaft, its a little bigger. at the movement boat is running with stuart turner prop,shaft,stern tube.
my question is does any one now where i/if i could get a collet made to use new prop or shall i stick with what i have. thanks in advance. garry
