Very interesting pictures - lovely work. How much timber has been replaced and how many hours expended ?

Thanks,over the lifetime of 99 years nearly all the original wood has been changed. This time it is:frames about (70%), covering boards, bulwarks,railings and transom +++. Hours you ask, well between 2-4 shipwrights working for 2 years (not allways fulltime)= realy alot of hours !!
