Can anyone suggest supplier of box/enclosure for binnacle mounting chartplotter . Box size min 40cmL x 27cmW x 10cmD.
Preferably resin/plastic based.
Am looking for cheap solution.

Unfortunately I dont have the time although I'd love to give it a go, It has to be a bought in item,

Try Maplins or similar - they supply a variety of plastic boxes with internal stiffening and screw on covers for electronics. I use the smaller ones for distribution and fuse boxes on the boat, and for mounting things like alt regulator, split charge diode etc
 
I'm with Damo - a Maplins box does the business at a fraction of the price. Just junk any mild steel lid screws and replace with ones from your box of useful stainless steel screws.
