Any help?

[/ QUOTE ]www.marinestore.co.uk part number DA3154-GA-037-028 (do a search on "roller" and scroll down to the bottom of the first page) or if you have access to a lathe they are easy to make out of Tufnol® or "nylon" rod.

I had the same problem. My neighbor gave me a length of tufnol rod about 2.5 inches across with a half inch hole through it. I cut off the width I needed and fitted an half inch bolt to it, the end of a bolt i fitted to a half inch electric drill. With the drill clamped firmly in a vice I ran the drill at its lower speed setting and shaped the roller with a chisel as you would when wood turning. I was surprised how easy and how well it turned out. Probably do the same with polypropylene boat trailer rollers.
