You might like to take yours to your local (yachty-understanding) machine shop and ask them to machine you one up. It should not cost a lot. I had one done using Delrin and it seems to work.

The nylon rollers can easy be turned on a wood lathe so any craft turner or even a school teacher could do it. The blank nylon can be bought off ebay cheap in a size that will suit. Sharp wood turning tools make easy work of it. Or take a night class in wood turning at local tech and learn to do it your self, if you bring the material they will let you turn you own and help you to do it. gs
