Hi-

I'm looking to get a replacement bow roller wheel. My one has the central drill hole slightly off centre and makes hauling up very hard work. Is there anyone on here who could do this relatively inexpensively? It's acetal, 67mm x 45mm.

Thanks
Toby

There's quite a range available on ebay and elsewhere- Google bow roller wheel. Mostly not costly. But Sod's Law will probably exclude the size you want!

Replacement bow rollers of various sizes are readily available, if that suits you or any later reader of this thread.

The first that came up for me with a Google search was 69 x 43. I notice though, that several chandlers can't be bothered to state the dimensions of the things they're trying to sell, even when they've said e.g. 'available in two diameters' , or shown different pictures of several rollers, and given each different order code.

Should have been more precise - my dimensions are 67mm long x 45mm diam. I have already gone down that road, don't ask!

As Versatile Marine are not accepting any new business at the moment, any suggestions where I can get new roller wheels turned?

Actually I have just looked on line & you can buy 69 * 43 for £ 8-23 inc VAT + postage
Bow roller
I could not buy the material for that
That could be the solution to my issue. My new to me Catalac has a bow fitting for the chain to go through, but has never had a roller - there's no sign of holes for the axle. Would it be sensible to fit one?
